The instruction outlining procedures for the processing of applications under the provisions of changes to the Regulations developed subsequent to the September 18 announcement of Minister Coderre and  Cases Affected by the December Amendments to the IRPA Regulations have now been approved by Cabinet, and will come into force in on December 1, 2003.  The final text will be published 3 December.
